Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?
If you don't receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, it most likely was sent to your junk/spam email box. Please check there for an email with the heading "Wowzie World Confirmation".

What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, go to the Wowzie World login page and select the "Forgot Password?" link. (An email will be sent to you to change your password. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your junk/spam box.) Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Why was I banned?
Wowzie World has a series of filters that check all words entered into the chat box. If words that are deemed as offensive or inappropriate are entered three times by a player they are banned for 24 hours and an email is sent to his/her parents explain the ban. After the ban has ended if that same player uses words that are offensive or inappropriate more than three times again they will be permanently banned from Wowzie World.
Although offensive and inappropriate words are being checked by the filters that are not appearing in the world. Players also have the ability to report other players to moderators if they feel someone is not using the game properly.

How do I redeem a gift card or promo code?
1. You must first register and create your Wowzie avatar.
2. Once your in Wowzie World, click on the "log out" button.
3. You should be back at the login page. Select the "Redeem a Gift Card" to the left of the Wowzie World logo and follow the instructions.

What if I only have dial up?
Wowzie world uses a large amount of bandwidth and the performance on a computer with a dial-up connection will not be good and is not recommended.
